A life-long Edgar Allan Poe fan, "Rare and Radiant Maiden" KIRA SEAMON, shares her love of his poetry and short stories through her performances!!!!!
For her performances of THE TELL-TALE HEART BALLET, Kira Seamon produced, directed, choreographed, danced, arranged the music, graphic design, set design, costumes, marketing, promotion and was repetiteur for the production. Innovative World Premiere of a Poe Ballet which included live musicians conducted by the composer. She oversaw artistic professionals from MIT, Boston Conservatory, Boston University, Boston College, Wellesley College, New England Conservatory, Longy School, Berklee College of Music and many other schools.
Kira Seamon is a multiple WINNER OF PRESTIGIOUS INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITIONS and enjoys including photography in her One-Woman Concerts.
Ravens live in forests which Kira didn't have access to, so she included a photo of a different black-colored bird "in a perch position" to give a bit of flair as a backdrop while she performed the poetry.
